目前的研究工作主要以干细胞衰老、精子病因学诊断为导向,设计合成荧光分子探针,以之为工具辅助解决临床问题。设计、合成了一系列荧光探针,实现了活细胞内活性氧(ROS),线粒体基因组中的G-四链体(mtG4),细胞内微环境(pH、粘度),某些活细胞中特异性表达的酶(如β-半乳糖苷酶、硝基还原酶、单胺氧化酶)等的快速、高效的识别,并以这些探针为工具,进一步实现了上述活性物质在干细胞衰老及精子病变过程中的快速、高选择及定量检测。其中,基于开发的具有线粒体靶向的近红外G四链体(mtG4)荧光探针,不但发现衰老干细胞中mtG4的异常升高,而且检测出临床不育精子中的mtG4也显著升高,并进一步研究了mtG4调控的线粒体功能障碍,为延缓干细胞衰老及提升精子活性,提供了可行的方案。此外,新开发的窄pH及β-Gal/次氯酸双响应探针有望为临床上原因不明得男性不育患者,提供可供检测的精子病因学新指标。目前,以第一作者及通讯作者在Aging Cell, ACS Sensors, Sensor. Actuator. B-Chem., Chem等杂志上发表论文20余篇,获准国家发明专利4项。
